Information is used to respond to your inquiry, deliver bookkeeping and financial reporting services, and communicate about your engagement. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Financial data and access
Where you grant access to QuickBooks Online or other financial systems, that access is limited to the personnel working on your account and is revoked when the engagement ends or at your request.
Service providers
We may use vetted third-party software for accounting, document storage, and communication. These providers process information only as needed to support our services.
Retention and security
Records are retained as required for professional and legal recordkeeping and are protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Your choices
