Scope of services
Crew Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping, job cost tracking, and financial reporting services. We do not prepare or file tax returns, provide legal advice, or run payroll. The specific scope of your engagement is defined in your service agreement.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate records, timely system access, and prompt responses to information requests. The accuracy of financial statements depends on the accuracy of the underlying records you supply.
Fees and billing
Monthly fees are billed in advance based on your selected plan. Pricing may be adjusted after review of your job volume and complexity, with notice before any change takes effect.
Cancellation
Services are month to month. You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and no penalty applies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the three months preceding the claim.
